Rachna Jhunjhunwala, the founder of The Confidence Bay/English Conversations a mother of two has always believed in the power of communication to make that mark as a teacher, mother and educator.

She has paved her way starting English conversations in 2012, from a team of one to now a team of many more well-trained teachers, from one location to now five locations. In a span of a few years she has shown a vision that all a woman needs is to find her way through this world.

With an experience of around 20 years, she has trained over 3000 individuals in people skills and personality development. An inspirational personality, Rachna Jhunjhunwala specializes in matters like communication (written/verbal), presentation, comprehension, speech and drama, soft-skills, etiquette, critical thinking, and personality development.

Her thought-provoking approach to teaching gives a new dimension to the learning experience at the training programs and this is precisely the reason for her accomplishments as a personality coach.

With regard to education, Rachna has done MA in English and has a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She also holds certifications from Trinity College and Cambridge for GESE and SEW Teacher Training.
